Raffaela Lombard

Founder and Director

With almost twenty years of industry experience, Raffaela is a seasoned business development and sales professional benefitting from having worked for asset owners and managers.

Initially she started her career in the research department of a global Swiss bank, then moved on to a private equity focused family office and later worked in private banking for UHNWI clients.

Before founding Lombard Impact, Raffaela was a relationship manager and business developer for responsAbility and Symbiotics, two of the main impact and development focused asset managers. Within these roles she built up two markets and institutional sales for debt and equity financing, predominantly to non-listed firms in emerging and developing economies.

Raffaela holds a Master in International Affairs of the University of Geneva (HEI), and a Master in Economics of the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). She speaks German, French and English, is married and mother of three daughters.
